Registration fees

The event will include a conference dinner on Wednesday, 3 September at the Faculty Club in Leuven, located near the conference venue.

• For attendees with an accepted talk or poster, conference participation is free. The dinner is optional and available for an additional cost of €108.
• The registration fee for attendees without a talk or poster is €300, which includes the dinner.

Registration options

If you have submitted an abstract, you will receive an email by the end of May to finalize your registration and payment, as the registration fee depends on whether your abstract is accepted. If you have not submitted an abstract, you can register for the conference below.
