Registration fees

The event will include a conference dinner on Wednesday, 3 September.

• For attendees with an accepted talk or poster, conference participation is free. The dinner is optional and available for an additional cost of €108.
• The registration fee for attendees without a talk or poster is €300, which includes the dinner.

Registration options

You can choose to register with or without submitting an abstract. If you submit an abstract, you will receive an email by the end of May to finalize your registration and payment, as the registration fee depends on whether your abstract is accepted. If you do not wish to submit an abstract, you can register immediately by clicking the button on the right below.
